AnE_Racing_1There have been some work behind the scenes at AnE Racing to try to strengthen their team for the upcoming Blue Cup. Former STC (back then it was ETC) team owner Lucas Degen has joined forces with the brittish team. Here is AnE's Michael Hart-Jones on the matter:

"Lucas has joined us to combine two teams of drivers. Although we are racing under AnE-Degan racing the managment of the team still falls to me," said Hart-Jones.

Last season was a dificult one for the small team and Hart-Jones can not but agree.

"Last season has indeed been tough but it has all come from technical issues surrounding the mod. We at AnE had run a Porsche Vs Ferrari series earlier in the year. Everyone as reluctant to remove all the mods so I was left as the only driver for the first 3 races. When we discovered where the issue had come from I was able to start getting our regular members to drive."

Despite all the problems last season the team is looking forward to the new one and it's challenges.

"I am looking forward to the Blue Cup. It will give us a chance to make up for the problems with the Black cup. I am not put off by the problems, but rather invigorated by the challenge. I know that the other drivers feel the same, said Hart-Jones and continued: Also ,the new selection of cars has me excited even if others are a little unsure."

The series whishes the team all their best for the Blue Cup.
