Last race at Donington Park witnessed an unusual incident in which were involved Rami Kaukola and Vincent Staal from RPM and DHR Simcraft respectively.

The incident occurred reaching McLeans´s corner, some laps after the start of the race, when Rami had more top speed than Vincent and attempted to overtake for the second position. But the maneouver did not turn out as expected and the two cars touched, Vincent being the hardest hit, losing much time and being forced to pit twice in the race.

The team spokesmen are deciding now what penalty to apply. The result can be from "No Penalty" to a "60 seconds" penalty. If a time penalty is decided on Rami, the point diference between DHR Simcraft and Danielsson Motorsports Virtual will be reduced to only 2 points, and only one race to go at Paul Ricard circuit, Project D home GP.
