This time we had the chance to talk with three team spokesmen and three great great guys from STC during one of the test sessions we are having this pre season.

Damian Dainhumain from GMT-DHR team, Theo de Bruin from Blue Flags Racing and Sebastien Poidevin from Team GG answered our questions this time.

Don´t miss their answers!

1.- What is your feeling about STC now the first season is over?

Damian - I think it's a great league with a very good concept, very competitive and very nice teams to compete with and mostly very clean and good races for teams to be involved in.

Theo - It has been a great first season and all of BFR is looking forward to the next. The ETC got better and better with every race so if this trend continues into the STC we are in for something really good!

Sebastien - First, I would like to thank David for inviting us to this championship is a great honor for our young team to participate in this championship!
This season just ended was magnificent, we were impressed by the work of the organizers, David and Xosé to enhance the concept of this championship. We were amazed by the broadcasts of the races on PSRTV. In this regard, I thank the reviewers races, who have worked with professionals! bravo gentlemen! We were impressed by the level of pilot performance level and fair play. Congratulations to the RPM, which once again showed their superiority in the world of simracing!

2.- What music you use to listen?

Damian - Music while driving? Normally have the game volume too loud to hear any music or any other distractions, to the disappointment of the neighbors.

Theo - I use to listen to Elvis, Aerosmith, Rolling Stones... you know the old stuff... music with real guitars... ;-)

Sebastien - I usually listen to a lot of American rap (old school of preference), but also the electronic music of all kinds.

3.- What is your opinion about the rules change for season 2? Safety Car, Super Pole, Drivers Participation Limit, etc.

Damian - The safety car is a good idea for better and cleaner starts. Driver participation limit is good to make the league more of a team event, rather than single driver's taking part in most races for a team. Super pole will make things even more interesting as the pressure will be on everyone to get a good lap with just one chance to do it. We are not sure about random weather though, we feel having a set date for certain weather gives teams a better chance to prepare and makes for better / cleaner racing in the rain.

Theo - All good in my opinion. Especially the Super Pole should be interesting, put's some extra pressure on the qualifying sessions!

Sebastien - I think the new rules to be applied for the BlueCup 2009 will increase the realism of this competition. We often participate in races of 24 hours, and safety cars are very important in this type of race. I had the opportunity to discuss with the team spokemen about the number of shares of some of their members, the debate was heated, but the decision to limit the number of race driver seems correct, in an international championship team. the many changes in the rules of the Black Cup will allow us to give birth to the Blue Cup, which will be perfect for sure! The day of the week chosen for racing suits us perfectly! gentlemen, start your engine!

4.- How was the first season for your team?

Damian - Very good, we missed the first 3 events which meant we could not fight for the championship, but we soon got into it and scored 4 wins, and 5 1-2 starts in a row. We had some bad luck which cost us a few more wins and possible 1-2 finishes but that's just racing and how it goes sometimes, we know it will be harder in the next cup to dominate races like we have done since our arrival but we will look forward to the challenge and hope things will run as clean as they have in this past season.

Theo - BFR had a reasonably good season I think. Unfortunately we didn't manage to win any of the races but we did get some good results!

Sebastien - It was our 2nd season David!! Remeber the 1st BlueCup, we was in!!
my team has enjoyed this season just ended, even if at this end, with too many championship that our team is involved, I had trouble finding drivers!

5.- If you should choose a pit babe, which one would you choose? The one with the blonde hair? The brunette one? The one holding N1? Both 3? XD

Damian - The Italian brunette of course ;)

Theo - I need pictures to answer this one!!!

Sebastien - You can find with this message, our pit babes for the 24h of Suzuka! héhé

6.- What points are the most important when choosing a car to compete?

Damian - British, but of course 2 cars that most of the team feels competitive with.

Theo - Well, as STC is a team championship it has to be a car the entire team is comfortable with.

Sebastien - The first thing is the stability of the car. This is essential for the course of 1h30.

7.- Will there be car changes in your team?

Damaian - No Car changes for GMT-DHR.

Theo - Yes. We will most propably stick with the Aston for the GT Pro class, but it is very likely we will choose another car for the GT Sport class.

Sebastien - The cars are set to vote on our forum.

9.- Any idea already of what track will be your home circuit?

Damian - A British one, but we have to wait for Flatout to decide first.

Theo - Now that we want to keep a secret for a while longer... on top of that we haven't actually chosen one yet.

Sebastien - You offered me the track "Le Mans", I tried, it is magnificent! but the length of the circuit will not cause any problems? The pilots of my Team seem interested in choosing this tour! to be continued!

10.- A tip for a friend?

Damian - Here's 3 euro's. .

Theo - Hmmm, don't know... maybe watch the first scene in Reservoir Dogs.. :D

Sebastien - as we say here: "changes nothing" David!
